Hi, thank you so much for stopping by! I am Jennifer Trim and I operate this baking website. All my friends call me “Jenny”. I know it sounds like an oxymoron a lady with the last name, “Trim” who has a baked goods business.  : ))

I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for most of my life; however, I now reside in beautiful and sunny South Florida.

My passion is baking, and I watch way more hours of Food Network programming than I care to admit publicly.

My love for baking began when I was a young, vivacious, and curious little girl. I would spend countless hours watching my grandmother create delicious, mouthwatering pies for our family gatherings. After completing high school, I went to college and received an MBA. After completing college, I spent my adult years climbing the proverbial corporate ladder. However, throughout my working career my passion for baking never waned, in fact it intensified. My work colleagues, family, and friends have been complimenting my baking skills for many years, and they encouraged me to start my own baking business. I decided to start my business a few years ago and it was quite simply the best decision I ever made!

​I specialize in baking and designing gourmet “themed” cakes for all occasions. I can create any design for any occasion…if you ask for it…I can make it! I put my heart and soul into every cake creation, and they taste as good as they look!
